The Malaysia Tree Climbing Championship (MTCC) provides a competitive and educational opportunity for working arborists in Malaysia and the surrounding countries. It is a venue to demonstrate and exchange new climbing techniques as well as safe work practices. The MTCC also increases the interaction between various ISA chapters and Associate Organizations and members.

The showcase event provides positive public exposure for professional tree climbing activities and hopefully spurs positive development for the profession. The event is organised and managed by Persatuan Arborist Malaysia (PArM).
